Here are some of my Pivi Pro frustrations.
As of my last service (10/29/20) major improvements have been made on the Pivi Pro System. Overall, the system reacts to input very quickly. Even when first starting up the system CarPlay and/or music start playing within seconds (used to be minutes, at best). While I haven't yet created any videos to show the difference, I don't consider these as issues any longer.

Cannot select Settings
Cannot select Settings even after a reboot of the car
Auto & A/C Controls don't behave as expected
Blank Screen. No UI, audio, or reponse to contact
Roulette 1: Carplay and Phone buttons not responsive
Roulette 2: Where's my Volume?
Roulette 3: Phone disconnects at the touch of a button
